The company is a joint venture between Hexagon Tower Sdn. Bhd. (our sister company) and Tatsuno Corporation (Japan). The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hexagon Holdings Berhad, a public company listed under the second board of Bursa Malaysia.

Currently, our contract with Shell Malaysia runs for the next 6 years for the provision of Retail Equipment Maintenance services.
